on April 8, Hebei Baoxin Zhuozhou lithium iron phosphate flywheel 200MW/613MWh energy storage power station project announced the winning results. China Electric Power Construction Group Hebei Electric Power Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. won the bid with 898.8 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of about 1.4662 yuan/Wh, with a total construction period of 180 days.
the project is located at the intersection of langzhuo expressway and jingbai road in gaoguanzhuang town, Zhuozhou city, Baoding, covering an area of 66.75 mu. the planned installed capacity includes 150MW/600MWh lithium iron phosphate and 50MW flywheel energy storage, and the overall system configuration takes 4 hours. The energy storage system is composed of energy storage equipment, electrical equipment, BMS, PCS, EMS and flywheel system.
the owner and tenderer of the project is Baoxin (Hebei) New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (established in June 2024 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoxin Xuanyang (Hebei) Energy Development Co., Ltd.
