Recently, Hainan Yongshun Company of the 10th Hydropower Bureau signed a contract for the construction of a new 300 MW/600 MW energy storage power station project in Ningming County, Zhongyuan Green Energy, achieving a key breakthrough in the new energy storage field in Guangxi.
The construction scale of the project in this period is 300 MW/600 MW. The outdoor container battery energy storage system is adopted, and a 35 kV/220 kV step-up substation is built. The energy storage system is grouped into 35 kV distribution devices in the newly built booster station, which are boosted to 220 kV by the main transformer and incorporated into the power grid. After the completion of the project, it will effectively improve the peak regulation and frequency modulation capacity and emergency reserve level of the regional power grid, effectively promote the consumption of new energy, and inject new momentum into the green and low-carbon development of Guangxi.
