on March 31, huadian (zhaojue) bossi photovoltaic phase iii project held a commencement ceremony in orr town, zhaojue county. This project is the first centralized mountain photovoltaic project started by China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. in Liangshan during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period. It will further strengthen the clean energy industry cluster in Liangshan Prefecture and add momentum to the high-quality development of ethnic areas.
it is reported that the 1. phase ii of huadian (zhaojue) bossi photovoltaic project has been completed and put into operation, with a total installed capacity of 200000 kilowatts. the third phase of the project, with a total installed capacity of 100000 kilowatts and an area of more than 2000 mu, is the first photovoltaic project of huadian Sichuan company to adopt the “E PC” mode. The project has also built a 220kV booster station and 220kV transmission project, which will become the largest photovoltaic industry project in Zhaojue County.
after the completion and operation of the third phase of the bossy project, it can provide 0.16 billion kwh of clean electric energy every year, save about 49200 tons of standard coal every year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 88300 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by about 135500 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by about 217100 tons. the benefits of ecological environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction are remarkable.
Combined with the ecological endowment of Zhaojue County and the actual development of agriculture and animal husbandry, the 2. phase III of the project adopts the mode of “complementary grass and light” to create a new comprehensive utilization format of “generating electricity on the board, planting grass under the board and raising sheep between the boards”, so as to realize a win-win situation in clean energy development, ecological environment protection and agricultural and animal husbandry industry development. After the project is fully put into operation, it will effectively increase local fiscal revenue, drive local people to find jobs nearby, and continue to increase their income. It is of great significance to help Zhaojue ecological civilization construction, Liangshan’s economic and social development green transformation, and the realization of the national “double carbon” goal.
