the reporter learned from huaiyin district government office that as the city’s first agricultural green power industrial park, Huaneng huaiyin wujiabao 46 MW fishing and light complementation realized full-capacity grid-connected power generation on March 31. the project innovatively adopted the mode of “on-board power generation, under-board fish culture, and cultural and tourism integration” to realize environmental management and efficient utilization of resources by revitalizing abandoned ponds, and promoting the trinity of fishery, leisure and photovoltaic power generation.

it is understood that the project breaks the limitation of traditional single breeding, adheres to the construction principle of “fishing before lighting”, implements standardized transformation of thousands of mu of idle fish ponds, and completes the tail water treatment facilities. The 35-meter-high span flexible support is used to realize efficient reuse of photovoltaic power generation and aquaculture space under the premise of ensuring fishery illumination demand (shading rate <40%). The introduction of the Yellow River hairy crabs, rosenbergii and other high-light characteristic aquatic varieties, interplanting shade-resistant Chinese herbal medicines, the construction of a three-dimensional breeding system, greatly enhance the compound value of land.

In addition, the project promotes the organic unity of environmental management and efficient use of resources through the renovation of pits and ponds, forming a two-wheel drive pattern of “photovoltaic power generation + characteristic breeding. After completion, it is expected to bring 4 million yuan of land rent and breeding income to the villagers annually, and Huaneng Company will pay 4.1 million yuan of tax annually, realizing a win-win situation among enterprises, collectives and villagers.

finally, the project uses photovoltaic shading and cooling characteristics to carry out low-density and high-quality yellow river hairy crab breeding, and promotes “rice-crab mixed breeding” in the surrounding farmland, combining ecological breeding with “immersive” cultural tourism experience such as leisure fishing and food processing, and exploring a new way of green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
