Jinko Energy Won Jordan’s 29.01MW Flying Tiger 3 Order

recently, jingke energy and Jordan customers formally signed a 29.01MW high-efficiency component supply agreement . the project will fully adopt jingke TOPCon technology Tiger Neo 3.0 (flying tiger 3) series components. Facing the harsh environment of extreme heat, drought and abundant sunshine in the Middle East, Flying Tiger 3 provides customers with reliable power generation solutions suitable for extreme working conditions with excellent power density, back gain and stable performance in high temperature environment .

high power density: maximize space efficiency

flying tiger 3 is equipped with a new generation of TOPCon battery with efficiency of 27%, the front efficiency of the module exceeds 24.8 , and the single chip power reaches 670W. High power density means fewer components, shorter installation hours, and lighter rack loads-under the same installed capacity, land occupation and BOS costs can be compressed by 8%-10%. For Jordan, which has abundant sunshine resources, the stronger the power carrying capacity per unit of land, the more significant the power cost advantage over the life cycle.

Comprehensive power generation leads the way: 85% double-sided rate activates desert anti

illumination gain

flying tiger 3 double-sided rate reaches 85%±5%, forms a clear advantage over BC component (70%-75%) and industry TOPCon average (about 80%). Jordan’s vast gravel surface has natural high albedo characteristics, and the back radiation capture capacity directly determines the upper limit of the power station’s comprehensive output. It is estimated that the comprehensive power generation of Flying Tiger 3 is 65-100W higher than that of BC products of the same specification . This 5 to 10 percentage point difference in double-sided rates translates into additional power generation revenue that continues to accumulate each year, thanks to the combination of strong sunshine and highly reflective landforms in the Middle East.

true test of high temperature and strong light: TOPCon’s hard core temperature performance

Jordan’s summer component working temperature is often high, and power attenuation in high temperature environment is the key variable affecting actual power generation. Relying on the excellent temperature coefficient (-0.26/℃) performance, the power loss of Flying Tiger 3 under high temperature conditions is significantly lower than that of conventional components. At the same time, the excellent low-light response capability of the components ensures efficient energy collection during early morning and dusk, and the all-weather power generation curve is fuller. Measured data show that under low irradiation conditions, the power generation capacity of flying tiger 3 is stable at 2.26-2.49 compared with BC module. The highest power generation capacity can be 8% ahead of in the morning and evening. Coupled with excellent anti-occlusion performance and hot spot suppression ability, Flying Tiger 3 continues to steadily output in complex lighting and local shadow scenes in the Middle East.
