Domestically listed enterprise Shanxi Huaxiang Group Co., Ltd yesterday announced their cooperation with polysilicon maker and inverter company TBEA and Hongdong County government on building 1 GW solar power generation project and photovoltaic tracker production project, aiming to implement the national new energy development and utilization policy, and promote the high-quality development of green energy industry in Linfen City.
The project, covering 2,000 hectares, was invested with a total of RMB 4.3 billion yuan, of which 4 billion will be applied in the 1 GW photovoltaic power generation project, and the rest will be used on the solar tracker production. The project is mainly invested by Huaxiang, and the project capital covers 30-40% of the total investment.
Headquartered in Hongdong County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, Huaxiang, a leading enterprise in the domestic foundry industry, has mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of various customized metal parts, which are mainly used in white household appliances, engineering machinery and automobile manufacturing. The company was successfully listed in September 2020.
