The announcement stated that the company will establish a strategic cooperation relationship in the field of PEM electrolyzed water hydrogen production with Heron Island Hydrogen Energy in 2023, form a complementary pattern of “core component research and development + system engineering transformation. The high-pressure megawatt PEM hydrogen production equipment jointly developed by the two parties has been stably demonstrated in Xinjiang Comprehensive Energy Station for nearly two years. The PEM-ALK hybrid hydrogen production process and modular integration scheme developed by the two parties have been highly recognized by the owner, indicating that the cooperation between the two parties has moved from research and development demonstration to engineering application.
recently, collaborative ludao hydrogen energy won the bid for PEM hydrogen production system of Liaoning huadian diaobingshan 100000 ton green methanol project, and was responsible for the BOP development and system integration of the project, showing that the products and technologies have been recognized by the market of large-scale green fuel projects.
The Company believes that this progress will help enhance market awareness of the commercialization prospects of the PEM technology route and further enhance the Company’s business synergy and market image in the green hydrogen equipment and green fuel scenarios. The Group and RCT Hydrogen signed the first order for green hydrogen equipment in Europe in 2026, laying a good foundation for further bulk cooperation between the two sides.
sales agreement B and sales agreement c are jointly RCTHydrogen by the group to provide an integrated turnkey overall solution to terminal green hydrogen customers through an innovative hydrogen energy as a service mode, which is expected to effectively solve many pain points in the industry. At the same time, through the integration of resources throughout the industrial chain, the comprehensive application cost of green hydrogen will be reduced, further demonstrating the group’s technical accumulation and overseas project landing capability.
The Group plans to rely on the localized production layout in Germany to meet the EU’s capacity regulation and market access requirements with “Made in Europe” and actively respond to the market demand for the large-scale development of green hydrogen in Europe. Based on the beginning of this cooperation, the two sides have a broad space for long-term collaboration, and subsequent continuous business orders are expected to land in an orderly manner. The Board believes that these sales agreements and the transactions proposed thereunder will have a positive impact on the operating performance of the Group.
