Recently, Prime Minister Li Qiang once again mentioned hydrogen energy in high-level diplomatic occasions. According to Xinhua News Agency, on the afternoon of April 13, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council held talks with visiting Crown Prince Khalid of Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Li Qiang pointed out that the two sides should create more trade growth points, both to expand the scale and optimize the structure. The Chinese side is willing to import more high-quality products from the Algerian side. It welcomes Algeria’s active participation in the “Shared Big Market—Export to China” series of events and encourages it to make full use of platforms such as the China International Import Expo and the China International Fair for Trade in Services to intensify product promotion. China and Algeria enjoy broad prospects for cooperation in innovative development. China welcomes Algeria to increase its investment in China in such fields as artificial intelligence, the digital economy, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences. China supports closer joint research and talent cultivation between universities, research institutions, and enterprises of the two countries, with a view to jointly fostering and expanding emerging and future industries. The two sides can also strengthen cooperation in areas such as connectivity and finance, and continuously facilitate trade and investment.

On the afternoon of April 13, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council held talks with the visiting Crown Prince Khalid of Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Li Qiang stated that China and the United Arab Emirates are comprehensive strategic partners. The two countries enjoy a deep-rooted traditional friendship and have long provided mutual support on issues concerning each other’s core interests. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Mohamed, China–Arab relations have continued to deepen and expand, yielding fruitful cooperation across various fields and delivering tangible benefits to the peoples of both countries.
