Recently, after nearly 24 hours, the concrete pouring of the first unit of the Zhongdong Pumped Storage Power Station in Huizhou, Guangdong was successfully completed, marking that the No. 1 unit was transferred from the concrete pouring of the powerhouse structure to the preparation stage for the installation and assembly of the unit, which is the first unit of the power station on schedule. Put into operation and power generation laid a solid foundation.
the successful completion of the pouring of the generator layer of the first unit is another important progress after the completion of the pouring of the corridor layer, volute layer, turbine layer and intermediate layer of the main plant. the concrete pouring of each layer has technical difficulties such as complex structure, many embedded parts and high temperature control requirements. Facing the challenges of narrow construction space, frequent cross-operation and difficult multi-disciplinary coordination, Huizhou Zhongdong Owner Project Department gave full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of “Huizhou Zhongdong Project Plant Pouring Electromechanical Installation Party Commando”, scientifically coordinated and finely managed, organized close cooperation between civil engineering and electromechanical specialties, optimized the connection of construction procedures, and strictly controlled the quality and safety of the whole pouring process. The project department coordinates the mixing system and standby station in advance to ensure the continuous supply of concrete; strictly implement temperature control and crack prevention measures during construction to ensure the quality of mass concrete pouring. With the efficient cooperation of all parties, the concrete surface of the generator layer after pouring is smooth and dense inside, and all indicators meet the design requirements, and the pouring task is completed with high quality and efficiency.
