After the completion of the project, it mainly provides users with charging and discharging services. The role of energy storage is to cut peaks and fill valleys, reduce users’ electricity consumption costs and reduce the pressure of the power grid during peak electricity consumption. The dispatching principle is charging during low electricity prices and discharging during high electricity prices. Self-storage and self-use do not generate electricity online. The project adopts 10kV high voltage grid connection.
the implementation contents include but not limited to: the project adopts EPC mode, and the winning bidder must complete the project design, procurement, construction and other work, but not limited to the following contents: the project scheme design, equipment procurement, civil engineering and equipment installation and construction, construction water, construction electricity, auxiliary works, safety facilities, grid connection, local relationship coordination and so on, as well as the supply and installation of all equipment and systems in this project, CMA and CNAS test reports, tests, debugging, trial operation, completion acceptance, performance examination and acceptance of the whole system grid-connected operation, power quality and power factor meeting the examination requirements of the power supply department, technology and after-sales service, personnel training, cooperation with virtual power plant access and providing free energy storage platform for Party A during the operation period, within 2 months after receiving Party A’s notice, access to the energy storage management platform designated by Party A until all the work completed in production is handed over.

Construction qualification: with Grade III and above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction and license for installation (repair and test) of power facilities (Grade III and above for installation, repair and test), and with effective safety production license, and in personnel, equipment, funds and other aspects of the corresponding construction capacity.
