on April 3, 2026, EPC of 400MW/800MWh independent energy storage power station project in industrial accumulation area of Xiyang county, Shanxi province issued a tender announcement. the source of funds for the project is self-raised 960 million yuan, with a unit price of 1.2 yuan/Wh. The tenderee is Shanxi Shi San Chu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
the total investment of this project is about 1.146 billion. the main construction content is the project capacity of 400MW/800MWh, including one 220kV booster station, one 250MVA(35kV/220kV) booster main transformer, 160 new energy storage units and one 35kV power distribution device. After the completion of the project, the annual charge and discharge capacity is expected to be about 0.56 billion kWh.
The project accepts the consortium bid and meets the relevant conditions.
