on March 24, the website of Qingxin district people’s government of Qingyuan city, Guangdong province issued an acceptance notice on the environmental impact report form of China resources Qingyuan fresh ZTE 120MW agricultural light complementary photovoltaic power generation project (reapplication).
The announcement shows that the construction site of the project is located in Sankeng Town, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, such as Xuan Langkeng, Bankeng, dwarf, Hu Feng, Zhu Lou, Fengkeng, Kui Bei and Anbei, the use of agricultural light complementary way, above the land power generation, photovoltaic modules below the planting of Xiyin crops (Shansu), to achieve the comprehensive utilization of land.
It is reported that the project obtained the record certificate of Qingxin District Development and Reform Bureau for the first time on February 25, 2021, was approved on April 6, 2022, and started construction in May 2022. Now some photovoltaic areas and booster stations have been completed, while some areas have not.
After the construction unit started construction in May 2022, the construction unit adjusted the land for the photovoltaic field, including the adjustment of the original approved land and the addition of No. 4 photovoltaic area, as the project could not meet the construction requirements due to the limitation of land use conditions in the later stage of further design and construction.
the construction sites were originally huanlang village and bankeng village kwai bei village, jifeng village, zhulou village, bukeng village, dwarf car village, huanlang village and bankeng village in sankeng town. the installed capacity was initially set at 120MW.
due to the difficulty of renting land , after the site selection optimization and adjustment of the construction unit, the photovoltaic array of rented land is located in the collapse pit, short car, bamboo pond, chicken pond, bamboo building, fengkeng, kwai back and Anqing village, etc, the photovoltaic array required for the installation of the installed capacity of 154.24359MWp can be installed on the land.
in the actual construction process of the project, the photovoltaic field area is divided into sections, the occupied position and area are changed and the new photovoltaic area is added, which is a major change. now reapplies for approval of the EIA report.
