recently, sponsored by the hongsibao district Federation of trade unions and the district development and reform bureau of wuzhong city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, and hosted by the national energy hongsibao new energy co., ltd., the launching ceremony of the national energy photovoltaic installation project demonstration labor competition was held at the national energy Ningxiang DC supporting hongsibao 1 million kilowatt composite photovoltaic project base. More than 500 employees from 7 bid sections of the project department participated in the competition.
The competition closely follows the core points of the whole process of photovoltaic installation, and sets up evaluation items such as spiral pile screwing, bracket assembly, component installation, cable laying, system wiring, safety protection layout, tower assembly, etc, to comprehensively test the operation proficiency, team cooperation ability and safety management level of the participants.
According to reports, this competition is a centralized review of the skills of photovoltaic installation practitioners in Hongsibao District and will last for 3 months. During the competition, the Hongsibao District Federation of Trade Unions will follow up the whole process of the joint project parties. Through the mechanism of “weekly assessment, monthly appraisal and quarterly summary”, a group of “technical experts” , “safety pacesetters” and “excellent teams” will be selected to promote the formation of a strong atmosphere of “comparison, learning, catching up, helping and surpassing.
