announcement shows that the total investment of the project is 0.1 billion yuan, and the project unit is Heilongjiang Jiayi rongyuan green chemical co., ltd. The project uses non-grain biomass straw and corncob as raw materials to produce 300000 tons/year green alcohol. According to the plan of the project, lignin in biomass is mainly produced into biomass slurry through steam explosion, enzymatic hydrolysis, plate and frame separation, pulping and other processes. The biomass slurry is gasified by entrained flow bed pressure to produce synthesis gas, and the synthesis gas is produced into 244700 tons/year green methanol through transformation, desulfurization and decarbonization, methanol synthesis and other processes. The by-product cellulose in the processing process is fermented to produce 80000 tons/year of green ethanol, and the total green alcohol scale of the project reaches 324700 tons/year. Phase II: raw material storage yard, enzyme preparation, finished product tank farm and loading platform.
