according to the previous public information, on December 5, 2025, Guyang county signed an investment agreement for the integration project of 1.25 million tons of green electricity, green hydrogen and green steel with a total investment of about 4.8 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1040 mu, the main construction of 1.25 million tons of green electricity, green hydrogen and green steel integration project plant and related public auxiliary facilities. The construction period of the project is 3 years and will be promoted in two phases. The first phase of the project is planned to start construction in April 2026 and put into production in August 2027.
In February 2026, the project has completed the civil part of the tender.
