This transaction is neither a connected transaction nor does it constitute a material asset reorganization. The underlying assets include 8 photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 10469.15KW, all of which adopt the operation mode of “spontaneous self-use and surplus electricity online. After the completion of the transaction, the four target companies will be formally included in the scope of Ningbo Energy’s consolidated statements, which is in line with the company’s strategic development needs.
