Since dismantling and environmental costs are more fixed, the larger the scale, the lower the overall cost and the higher the gross margin.
staff said: “the cost also depends on your scale effect. the approximate cost is 600 yuan per ton , and the current gross profit margin is about 20%.”
It is understood that the photovoltaic panels currently disassembled by enterprises mainly come from defective products produced by photovoltaic enterprises and panels damaged by photovoltaic power stations due to natural disasters. Industry insiders said that the domestic photovoltaic industry started around 2005. according to the design life of the panel 20 to 25 years , from 2026 , large-scale retirement of photovoltaic equipment will be ushered in. A number of enterprises have also begun to step up the layout to further enhance the scale of recycling.
