The letter of Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau on the filing of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of 22 households such as Zeng Guoning in Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City (No. 54, 2026) and relevant materials have been received. After research, we hereby reply to the project filing matters as follows:
in order to further promote the application of distributed photovoltaic power generation in our city, 1. agree to file the distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of 22 households such as Zeng Guoning in tanzhou town reported by your bureau. The 22 residential distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in Tanzhou Town, including Zeng Guoning, have an installed capacity of 576.4 kW (see annex for details) and are included in the new construction scale of distributed photovoltaic power generation in 2026 in our city.
2. ask your bureau to guide and cooperate with the project builder to do a good job in the grid connection, commissioning and acceptance of the project in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province on the management of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, and to settle the remaining electricity charges on the grid to the project builder in a timely and full amount.
3. there is any change in major matters such as the investor, construction site, construction scale, operation mode and power consumption method of the project, please report to our bureau in writing in time and go through the change procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.
The validity period of the 4. project filing certificate shall refer to the Implementation Measures for the Administration of Approval and Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects (Guangdong Development and Reform Regulation [2022] No. 1).
