the site of the integrated photovoltaic power generation project of source, network, load and storage in plot 2 of kangding city involves the area of site 2 of kangding photovoltaic (planning scale 3.5 million kilowatts) planned in “Ganzi photovoltaic resources survey and base planning (2022 edition)”, with a planned development scale of 650000 kilowatts, of which 300000 kilowatts of installed capacity are planned to adopt the development method of “direct connection of green electricity and direct photovoltaic supply, and configure 150000 kW/600000 kWh energy storage, the remaining 350000 kW installed capacity using the” 1 N “development model. Taking into account the power supply aggregation at the Xinduqiao 500 kV Substation and the local load level, the project currently does not yet meet all the conditions for full-scale implementation. Therefore, it is tentatively scheduled to be implemented with a capacity of 350 MW. The “green power direct connection and photovoltaic direct supply” component will be carried out in accordance with the detailed implementation rules once they are issued by Sichuan Province.
The project will be constructed in accordance with the schedule of evaluation opinions of Sichuan Engineering Consulting Institute. For the 300 MW photovoltaic green power direct-connection section, the grid-connection plan shall be developed in accordance with the detailed implementation rules for green power direct connection as subsequently issued. The 350 MW photovoltaic project should comprehensively consider the collection capacity of the Xinduqiao 500 kV substation and coordinate its construction schedule with the main transformer expansion project at that substation.
