On the morning of April 8, the commencement ceremony of the Yangzhou Hydrogen Energy High-end Equipment Manufacturing Base Project of Wuhan Tianyuan Environmental Protection Group was held in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City.
As a major physical project deployed by Tianyuan Group for the hydrogen energy era, Yangzhou Hydrogen Energy Equipment Base is positioned as a high-end hydrogen energy equipment industrial complex integrating R & D innovation, intelligent manufacturing, system integration and market sales. The total investment scale of the project is 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 100 mu, and the total planned construction area is about 37800 square meters. The layout of the factory fully reflects the concept of modernization and intelligence. In addition to high-standard production workshops, a professional hydrogen energy equipment research and development center and an expert talent apartment will be built simultaneously, aiming to attract top technical teams at home and abroad to settle in and build an innovative ecology with deep integration of production, teaching, research and application.
In the core production process, the base will lay out three highly automated and digital production lines, focusing on the large-scale manufacturing of electrode materials for hydrogen production, high-performance hydrogen production diaphragms and modular hydrogen production electrolyzers. The production line will introduce a large number of more than 50 sets (sets) of advanced process equipment such as robot bending system, electrolytic cell special multi-point precision welding machine, high-precision laser welding workstation, etc., through the Internet of Things and digital twin technology to achieve the whole process of quality traceability and lean management, to ensure product consistency and reliability to reach the international advanced level.
after the project is fully put into production, the annual industrial output value is expected to exceed 3 billion yuan, and a comprehensive production capacity of 120000 standard cubic meters/hour alkaline water electrolyzer (ALK) and 50000 standard cubic meters/hour proton exchange membrane electrolyzer (PEM) will be formed. In terms of product type spectrum, the base will be able to cover alkaline hydrogen production equipment with a single unit hydrogen production capacity of 200 to 4000 standard cubic meters/hour and PEM hydrogen production equipment with a single unit hydrogen production capacity of 50 to 500 standard cubic meters/hour. Customized complete solutions can be provided from distributed hydrogenation stations to large-scale green electricity hydrogen production projects. Relying on modular design and rapid response mechanism, Tianyuan Group will provide full life cycle hydrogen energy equipment services covering equipment selection, engineering commissioning, operation and maintenance support to global customers.
