according to the working requirements of “management measures for development and construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation” (national energy development new energy regulation [2025] No. 7) and “guidelines for carrying capacity evaluation of distributed power generation access power system” (DL/T2041-2025), according to the definition and calculation principle of the openable capacity, Xiangtan Power Supply Company of the State Grid of China has carried out the calculation of the openable capacity of our city’s distributed photovoltaic power grid. Now, the results of the examination of the openable capacity of distributed photovoltaic access and the list of restricted equipment in the second quarter of 2026 are published:
As of the end of March 2026, the cumulative installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic power grid in Xiangtan has reached 917500 kilowatts, in the second quarter of 2026, the total open capacity of distributed photovoltaic is 189300 kilowatts, of which the list of open capacity and restricted equipment in counties and cities is detailed in Annexes 1 and 2.
